WeShipCars did a wonderful job and was able to schedule the pickup and delivery that fit my schedule. This is the third time I have used WeShipCars.
I had a good experience with WeShipCars. I liked the option that there were multiple prices offered to me and I could choose. I would highly recommend WeShipCars.
Well done and delivered as expected. Very happy to provide the positive feedback on their service.
I shipped with WeShipCars a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. The condition of the vehicle upon arrival was the same as it was when I bought it. The experience was overall great.
Car was picked up and delivered without incident, very professional. Good communication.
Great experience. Car was picked up on Tuesday evening from Raleigh and delivered Saturday morning in San Francisco. Great communication.
I looked at around five companies and WeShipCars offered me the best quote. The customer service was good too. They were cooperative. I would definitely recommend WeShipCars.
Patience and speed. I was MORE than impressed with the company’s driver showing patience when waiting on me to arrive at the shipping point. Use WeShipCars. You won’t regret it.

When you ship a car from California to Texas or send one back the other way, you’re handing over something valuable. That responsibility isn’t taken lightly. Below are the standards we stick to on every shipment, so you know what you’re signing up for before you book:
You shouldn’t have to pay just to hold a spot. With WeShipCars, there’s no upfront charge at the time of booking. Payment is only processed once we assign a carrier to your shipment. Nothing moves, nothing is billed.
Plans shift more often than people expect. A move gets delayed. A deal changes. If you need to cancel before we assign a carrier, there’s nothing to pay.
Coverage is built into the transport price. It isn’t treated as an upgrade or optional extra. From the moment your vehicle is picked up to the time it’s delivered, it remains insured during transit.
We make sure every carrier in our network has the proper license and is insured to operate interstate routes. Before assigning a shipment, we look at safety records, active credentials, equipment condition, and service history. Moving vehicles between California and Texas is not a short hop, so experience and reliability matter. We don’t randomly assign loads. We match them carefully.
No two shipments are identical. Some customers are working with fixed timelines, while others have more flexibility. We can help accommodate tighter schedules when availability allows, and can handle specialty vehicles when needed. Throughout the process, you work with a real advisor who stays involved and keeps things moving instead of passing you from one department to another.
Questions don’t stick to business hours. If something comes up, there’s someone available to help. Having access to support at any time helps remove a lot of uncertainty from long-distance transport.
Watch and learn why shippers across the U.S. trust us for their car shipping.

Before pick-up, it’s a good idea to wash the car and give it a careful inspection. Dirt can hide small scratches, dents, or chips that are easier to spot when the vehicle is clean. When arranging car transport from New Jersey to Florida or from Florida to New Jersey, you and the driver will record the vehicle’s condition on the Bill of Lading before loading. Starting with a clear inspection helps prevent confusion later.
Carrier insurance covers the vehicle itself, not personal belongings left inside. Loose items can also shift during transit and potentially damage the interior. WeShipCars allows up to 100 pounds secured in the trunk, but it’s best to remove valuables, fragile items, and anything that could move around. Toll tags should also be removed, and exterior accessories such as bike racks or cargo carriers should be taken off before your New Jersey to Florida car shipping begins.
The vehicle should roll, steer, and brake normally so it can be safely loaded onto the trailer. If the car has mechanical issues or doesn’t run, that’s still manageable. You simply need to mention it ahead of time when arranging auto transport from Florida to New Jersey or the southbound route. That way, the carrier can bring the right loading equipment.
A fuel tank that’s about one-quarter full is ideal. This keeps the vehicle light enough for safe transport while still allowing the driver to move it during loading and unloading. For electric vehicles, a battery level between roughly 45% and 65% usually works best during New Jersey to Florida vehicle transport.
Drivers need access to the vehicle to load and unload it. A working set of keys must be available at collection. Either you or a designated adult over 18 should be present to release the vehicle and review the inspection paperwork before it’s loaded for Florida to New Jersey vehicle shipping or the southbound trip.

For most standard vehicles moved on an open carrier, pricing between New Jersey and Florida usually falls somewhere between $700 and $1300. The exact cost of shipping a car from New Jersey to Florida depends on the pick-up and delivery locations, the size of the vehicle, the type of transport selected, and how flexible your timing is.
Open transport is typically the most affordable option. There are simply more open carriers operating along this East Coast corridor, which helps keep pricing competitive. Being flexible with your pick-up window can also reduce the overall cost when arranging car transport from Florida to New Jersey.
Car transport from New Jersey to Florida generally takes around two to five days once the vehicle is on the trailer. The scheduling window before pick-up can vary slightly depending on carrier availability, seasonal demand, and route timing.
