To be prepared for the unfortunate event of vehicle damage during auto transport, please follow these steps:
Obtain a copy of the vehicle inspection report (BOL) from the carrier at pick-up.
Take photos of your vehicle before pick-up.
At delivery, obtain a copy of the vehicle inspection report (BOL) from the carrier.
Take photos of any damage that occurred.
Email us copies of both BOLs, the pre-pick-up photos, and the photos of the damage.
Upon receipt, we will contact you to assist with the next steps in filing a claim. We should stress that the likelihood of any damage occurring is minimal, but it helps if you're prepared.
