Information for Overseas Shipments

For overseas shipments, the vehicle must be completely empty, except factory installed equipment. There may be no more than 1/2 tank of gas. All keys must accompany the car. The vehicle must be in running condition for roll on / roll off service.

The price quoted is based on cubic feet measurements. If you vehicle is older, oversized or customized, it will be measured at the port. If the measurements differ from those given by the customer and result in additional charges, the customer is responsible for the charges. These charges are to be paid before shipment.

It is a requirement that the original title and three copies be presented at the port for shipment. If there is a lien against the vehicle, there must be a letter from the lienholder authorizing the export of the vehicle.

The price quoted includes port fees in the United States. If it should become necessary to store your vehicle at the US port for any reason, any fees associated with the storage would be the shippers' responsibility. The quoted price does not include handling, custom duties or storage fees at the overseas destination.

To place an order, please fill out the shipping order. The pickup information should be the contact information in the United States. Delivery information should be the contact information overseas. We will provide you with the port information once we have received your order and have booked it for transport. In the space for additional information, please include the VIN number and the approximate value of the vehicle in US dollars. Payment in full must be made with the order.

Please send us a copy of the front and back of the title with the shipping order. This copy need not be notarized.
